As the holiday season approaches, we want to share our office closing schedule so you can plan your support needs accordingly.


🦃 Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

  • Wednesday, November 26 – Half Day (closing early)
  • Thursday–Friday, November 27–28 – Closed

We’ll resume normal operations on Monday, December 1.


🎄 Christmas Holiday Hours

  • Wednesday, December 24 – Half Day (closing early)
  • Thursday–Friday, December 25–26 – Closed

🎉 New Year Holiday Hours

  • Wednesday, December 31 – Half Day (closing early)
  • Thursday–Friday, January 1–2 – Closed

Regular support operations will resume Monday, January 5, 2026.

During these closures, our team will not be available for standard support requests. As always, we encourage clients to submit non-urgent tickets via the Client Portal, and our team will address them promptly upon reopening.

However, our 24×7 MXDR and SOC teams will continue monitoring for critical alerts and incidents throughout the holiday period — ensuring your systems remain protected and any urgent issues are addressed immediately.
