How We Help You Use Azure Right

Every Azure engagement follows a proven four-step process. No shortcuts, no surprises.

1

Discovery

We learn your business goals, compliance requirements, current infrastructure, and budget constraints. We audit what you have and identify what belongs in Azure — and what doesn't.

2

Architecture

We design your Azure environment end-to-end — networking, security groups, identity, storage, compute — and present a detailed cost estimate before a single resource is provisioned.

3

Build & Migrate

We deploy resources, migrate workloads, configure security, and test everything. DNS cutover and validation with zero or minimal downtime. Your team keeps working the whole time.

4

Manage & Optimize

After go-live, we monitor performance, manage security patches, optimize costs monthly, and handle every support ticket. You never touch the Azure portal.

What We Build in Azure

Azure has 200+ services. Most small businesses need 5-10. We deploy the specific services that match your workloads, your compliance requirements, and your budget.

Virtual Machines
Windows Server and Linux VMs right-sized for your workloads, with reserved instances and 24/7 monitoring.
Virtual Networks
VNet design, subnet segmentation, site-to-site VPN, and hybrid connectivity to your office.
Blob Storage
Scalable object storage for documents, media, and long-term archival with tiered pricing.
Azure Backup
Recovery Services Vault with automated policies, geo-redundant storage, and regular restore testing.
Network Security
NSG rules, Azure Firewall, DDoS protection, and traffic segmentation between workloads.
Identity & Access
Entra ID, conditional access, MFA enforcement, SSO, and role-based access control.
Azure SQL
Managed SQL databases with automated backups, high availability, and performance tuning.
Azure Virtual Desktop
Secure remote desktop for distributed teams with Windows 10/11 Enterprise from any device.

Why PremierePC for Azure

We're not a cloud-only consultancy that disappears after deployment. We're your IT partner — Azure fits into the bigger picture of how we manage your entire technology stack.

Integrated IT Partner

Azure is part of your managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup strategy — not a siloed cloud project with a separate vendor.

Right-Sized, Not Oversold

Security-First Architecture

Every Azure deployment follows our cybersecurity framework. Identity, encryption, network segmentation, and backup are configured before go-live.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Azure cost for a small business?

It depends entirely on what you run. A typical 10–20 person business using a few VMs, a SQL database, storage, and backup spends between $500–$2,000/month on Azure resources, plus our management fee. The key is right-sizing — we scope your environment to your actual workloads so you’re not paying for resources you don’t use. We provide a detailed cost estimate before building anything, and we optimize your spend monthly.

Do I need Azure if I already have Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 handles email, files, and productivity apps. Azure handles infrastructure — servers, databases, applications, networking, and disaster recovery. They complement each other but serve different purposes. If your business runs line-of-business applications, hosts databases, needs remote desktop access, or requires server infrastructure beyond what M365 provides, Azure fills those gaps. If M365 covers everything you need today, you may not need Azure yet — and we’ll tell you that honestly.

Can you migrate my on-premise servers to Azure?

Yes. We migrate physical servers, on-premise VMs, and workloads from other cloud providers to Azure. Our process includes a full assessment of your current environment, a migration plan with timeline, and execution with zero or minimal downtime. We handle networking, DNS cutover, application testing, and post-migration validation. Most small business migrations complete within 2–6 weeks depending on the number of servers and complexity of applications.

Is Azure HIPAA compliant?

Azure itself is HIPAA-eligible — Microsoft signs Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for covered services. But HIPAA compliance depends on how your environment is configured, not just where it’s hosted. We build Azure environments with the controls HIPAA requires: encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, automated backup policies, and network segmentation. If you’re a healthcare organization, we configure your Azure environment to meet HIPAA requirements from day one.

What's the difference between Azure and AWS for small business?

Both are capable cloud platforms, but for most small businesses already using Microsoft 365, Azure is the natural fit. Azure integrates natively with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and the entire Microsoft ecosystem your team already uses. Licensing benefits like Azure Hybrid Benefit can reduce VM costs significantly. AWS is a strong platform, but if your business runs on Microsoft, Azure gives you tighter integration and lower friction.

How do you manage Azure costs so we don't overspend?

Cost management is built into everything we do. We start by right-sizing your resources during the architecture phase — no oversized VMs or unnecessary services. We use reserved instances for predictable workloads to cut compute costs by up to 72%. We configure budget alerts so there are never surprise bills. And every month, we review your usage, identify idle or underused resources, and optimize. You get a clear cost report showing exactly what you’re spending and why.
