Common questions
What does this check look at?+
Public DNS only: MX (where mail is delivered), SPF (who may send as you), and DMARC (what receivers should do with spoofed mail). We do not log into your mailbox or store your results.
Why is DKIM not included?+
DKIM keys sit under a selector name that is not published in one standard place. Without a message header or selector, we cannot verify DKIM from the domain alone. SPF and DMARC still tell you a lot about spoofing risk.
Will this change my email settings?+
No. This is a read-only DNS lookup. Nothing on your domain is modified.
